ANTER promotes renewable energy and respect for the environment

ANTER,  the National Association for the Protection of Renewable Energy Sources is an important non-profit Italian organisation. Its mission is to promote and spread the culture and practices to increase respect for and the protection of our environment. It is particularly dedicated to advocating the knowledge and development of clean energy from renewable sources. Founded in 2009, it has already more than 200 thousand members from all over the country.

ANTER has chosen Palacongressi di Rimini, a facility designed and constructed in line with eco-friendly architectural and energetic principles, for its first edition of “Anter Green Awards”, taking place on Sunday,March 1st.  During the day, the real stars of the green revolution will be rewarded: the children who have taken part in the educational project,  "Sun at School". An entirely free initiative dedicated to primary schools, aimed at conveying to children the importance of a daily eco-sustainable approach. The “Sun at School” project has been implemented in 450 schools in Italy so far, involving thousands of young students.

The ANTER event will also be an opportunity to reflect and debate on the need to modify mankind's behaviour towards the environment and to develop an attitude of greater responsibility and attention towards our planet. This goal can only be reached by sensitising younger generations to the issue.
