Rimini, top destination for 2019

Yet another international hats off to Rimini, in the wake of last year's recognition from the New York Times and Lonely Planet. This time, the city featured on Forbes must-see destinations list for 2019, the online version of the renowned US economy and lifestyle magazine.

Forbes sings the praises of Rimini historical heritage, including the archeological remains of a Surgeon's House dating back to the II century, A.D., complete with a priceless collection of surgical tools, the only one of its kind in the world.

The article presents beautiful images of Teatro Galli and Cinema Fulgor, both of which have been recently restored to their former glory, the cinema being where Rimini Director, Federico Fellini saw his first films as a boy. Also featured in the article was Borgo San Giuliano, the old fishing village with its vibrant murals of scenes and characters from Fellini films, immortalized on the pastel walls of the quaint houses. It is the ideal place for a pleasant stroll among bars and restaurants offering the very best of traditional local cuisine.

Come and discover the Riviera di Rimini. Countless cultural and leisure opportunities complete the professional services and variety of venues that this destination has to offer for events. You won't be disappointed. In fact, you'll be amazed.
