SID Congress to be held in December.
In a video message to its members, the president of the Italian Society for the Study of Diabetes, Francesco Purrello, in light of the Coronavirus emergency, communicated the new re-scheduled dates of the 28th National Diabetes Congress, which will take place as planned at Palacongressi di Rimini from 2-5 December 2020.
"It wasn't easy to find a new slot for such a large Congress. As per usual, we will occupy all the Palacongressi di Rimini for 4 days. In the race to reschedule events, the places available were very few and for smaller events. It was like trying to find parking for an articulated lorry in a space for motorbikes and scooters. In the end, with the collaboration of everybody on board, we managed to find a solution. We would particularly like to thank the I&C steering committee and the Management at Palacongressi di Rimini."
